Even Out Your Land
If your property is uneven and you’re looking to build on it, we can level out your land for smoother, flat surfaces. Or, if you’re looking for erosion control on a steep hill, we can create multiple levels.
Land leveling for new construction or farming
You should never build new houses or buildings without leveling out the land to make sure it’s flat. Leveling land prior to construction avoids future foundation problems and cracks in the wall from the house shifting. It can also help with erosion control, which is why we recommend leveling your land before forming rows for your farm. For farmers, we also recommend having your land re-leveled every few years to make sure the ground hasn’t sloped off, creating run-off.
Multi-level land leveling
Sometimes, it isn’t as easy as just doing a little digging & smoothing out to ensure the property is flat. If you have some large, steep hills, then we may need to carve out multiple levels, depending on what the end goal is. At the least, we can put in some room to create steps. If your back or front yard has some crazy slopes, then it would be wise to level it out and put retaining walls in.
